BMS was previously known as Bayfield High School it was built in 1976, remodeled and added onto in 2001. Total square footage is 67,961 and it sits on 23.5 acres that includes the football field, baseball field with concession stand, and playground.

BHS was built in 1996. Total square footage is 138,000 and it sits on 44 acres. Wolverine Country (athletic facility) was built in 2000, complete with a concession stand and state-of-the-art, all-weather track. In 2014 a Performing Arts Center was added to the existing building. BHS boasts the most beautiful stadium in the Four Corners.
