The board will hold a special session meeting at 1 p.m. to interview the interim superintendent candidate and receive feedback from the administrative team. They plan to meet in executive session before taking action on approval to name the interim superintendent.
The board will reconvene for their regular meeting at 6 p.m. to hear reports from the superintendent, board members and directors and to take action on a short personnel agenda. They will discuss a student dress code policy and the district’s strategic plan, and intend to take action on the budget and school handbooks for next year, in addition to adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance of general obligation refunding bonds.
The meeting will be live-cast via YouTube, and the agenda and link to the video cast can be found under the Board Tab of the BSD Website. Anyone wishing to participate in the scheduled public comment of the regular meeting must be present at the meeting in person.
