The board will hear reports from board members and take action on a personnel agenda that includes several resignations. The board will discuss a report on strategies implemented to address a financial exigency, including a voluntary separation incentive and other measures utlized. The board will be asked to approve a resolution authorizing use of fund reserve to fulfill voluntary separation agreements.
The meeting will be live-cast via YouTube, and the agenda and link to the video cast can be found under the Board Tab of the BSD Website. Anyone wishing to participate in the regularly scheduled public comment must be present at the meeting in person.
