The board will hear reports from the superintendent and board members and take action on a short personnel agenda. The board will discuss financial exigency caused by disproportionate salary/benefits to total program revenue, and be asked to approve a RIF Statement or other steps to address the financial exigency. They will also hold a discussion about the student board representative position and the interview process used, as well as discussing the schedule and agenda for an upcoming board retreat. The board will be asked to approve revisions to the policy pertaining to instruction time and the school calendar, and will also consider action to approve a resolution for the sale of property.
The meeting will be live-cast via YouTube, and the agenda and link to the video cast can be found under the Board Tab of the BSD Website. Anyone wishing to participate in the regularly scheduled public comment must be present at the meeting in person.
