The board will enter an Executive Session as authorized by C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a): Purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real, personal, or other property interest as it pertains to the East Street Property. The board intends to take action to authorize the superintendent to enter into a Real Estate Contract for the East Street Property.
The meeting will be live-cast via YouTube, and the agenda and link to the video cast can be found under the Board Tab of the BSD Website. There will be no public comment at this special session meeting.
