My name is Teresa Foutz. This is my fifth year as the District Nurse for the Bayfield School District. I was born in Durango in 1972 and grew up on a small ranch in this area. I became an RN in 2002. I spent the majority of my time working at Saint Mary's Emergency Room Department in Grand Junction, Colorado before moving back to this area in 2010. Becoming a part of the Bayfield School District has been a wonderful change! I feel blessed to be able to help the children with any health needs or concerns that they or their parents might have.
