District Facility Requests
The School Board is cognizant of the community's large investment in school buildings, grounds, and equipment and encourages the community to make use of district facilities when such use does not interfere with the district's regular educational program.
Please look over the BSD Facility Use Handbook (right-hand menu) for specifics about policies, pricing, and insurance requirements.
To start your request, click on Log in to Request Facility Use in the top-right corner of the page. New users will need to create a login and password.
New user or organization? You must be approved prior to submitting your request. Please note in the district use handbook (right-hand menu) all users must possess proper insurance coverage prior to submitting a request. For assistance in creating a schedule request, please visit this link.
The district is working to add all sports and activities to the calendar to assist with reservation availability questions. Please be patient while we work to make these changes.
