The “Owner’s Representative” will help guide the district as it finalizes its master planning process, considers applying for BEST grant funds, and prepares for a potential bond election to renovate Bayfield Middle School and address other pressing infrastructure needs.
An optional site visit was held on October 8, and while some candidates took advantage of the opportunity they were not required to attend. Candidates who are interested in the position must submit their responses by November 8. In addition to a letter of interest, candidates are expected to provide a comprehensive list of experience and qualifications and include references for all school projects they’ve completed or begun in the past five years.

School leaders intend to submit a Building Excellent Schools Today (BEST) Grant by March 1, 2025 and be prepared to make a BEST Grant Presentation in May.
