School district seeks owner’s representative for pending infrastructure projects

The “Owner’s Representative” will help guide the district as it finalizes its master planning process, considers applying for BEST grant funds, and prepares for a potential bond election to renovate Bayfield Middle School and address other pressing infrastructure needs.

An optional site visit has been planned for October 8, and candidates must submit their responses by October 21. In addition to a letter of interest, candidates are expected to provide a comprehensive list of experience and qualifications and include references for all school projects they’ve completed or begun in the past five years.

Bayfield School District has made the RFQ/P for Owner's Representative and a full Scope of Services available for inspection through Links on the Home Page of the district’s website.

School leaders intend to submit a Building Excellent Schools Today (BEST) Grant by March 1, 2025 and be prepared to make a BEST Grant Presentation in May.
